Although it was somewhat half-assed. I did the lunges, pistol squats, butt lift etc.. But I couldn’t get a hold of my brother to spot me for weighted squats.. So I didn’t do them hah :P Ah well.

Aaaaa, cmon now. The second day that I went over 2000kcal.. I at least need to make sure they go to a good use. So I’m gonna do legs today instead of tomorrow.

Arms done, cottage cheese eaten, now back to studying! I changed the number of reps on sets from 15 to 10.. Which also meant increasing weight. !!! Happy happy :)

I had an exam and it went GOOD! I forgot how it feels to be prepared and actually know 90% of the answers (well not totally prepared, I think that’s almost impossible at my college ;) ). And I got a rush of endorphins immediately after. I thought to myself ‘You belong here. You can DO THIS.’ I came home, ate a good breakfast (really couldn’t eat before) and started studying...
So I started watching PLL
as in Pretty Little Liars.. And for the first 10min of the pilot I was like ‘omg, this is such a stupid show’.. Two days later, I can’t stop watching. Why does this keep happeniiiiiiiiiiiing?? haha :D
